  This chat net first gives out any important announcements, then
  accepts check-ins. Net control will acknowledge each callsign, 
  then ask for more. When a list is accumulated, each person can 
  give their comments. This net ends when no further checkins or
  comments are received, or at the discretion of the net controller.
